DC Black Pride 2026 is happening from May 22 to 25!

DC Black Pride invites the Black LGBTQIA+ community to gather for a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and advocacy. Originating over 30 years ago, this event sparked the global Black Pride Movement, inspiring numerous similar celebrations worldwide.

DC Black Pride 2026 embraces the idea of renaissance, bringing together Black LGBTQ+ artists, leaders, healers, and organisers while confronting the issues that continue to shape the community, including HIV, inequality, homophobia, and transphobia. Set in Washington, D.C., over Memorial Day Weekend, the historic home of the Black Pride movement, the celebration builds on its legacy with intention and impact.
